The Wine
Dolcetto means “the sweet one”, but alongside sweet, the wine is very dry. It is called, "the sweet one" because in Piedmont the Nebiollo grape needs much more time to soften up the tannins, so Dolcetto are ready sooner and became known as "sweet" for the pocket of the wineries.

Notes of savoury, sour cherry, cranberry, strawberry, plum and dark chocolate with an earthy and tackle acidity finish. Super food friendly, & pairs well with various dishes.
